ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Born to spouses Rudy Seguerra Eduarte and Cleotilde Cañafranca who are both teachers by profession on March 14,
1975, at Lopez, Quezon, Roderick “Spud” Eduarte, is the 5th Child among the 7 Siblings.
He graduated Class Valedictorian in Elementary School in 1988 and Class Salutatorian in his High School in 1992.
He took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center
(UERMMMC), Quezon City in 1996.

He became a Registered Nurse in 1997, and after having 1 Year Local Nursing Job, he grabbed the job opportunity in
Singapore – Changi General Hospital as a Neuro-Anesthesia Nurse from 1998 – 2007, or a period of 9 Years. After
which, he became a Company Nurse at Shell in Singapore Petro-Chemical Complex for 1 Year. Then he became a
Medical-Surgical & Psychiatric Nurse in Raffles Hospital & Raffles Medical Group from 2008 – 2011, deployed at
Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs, in Changi Prison Medical Center.

In 2012 – 2014, he ventured into some entrepreneurial activities like advertising/marketing and events organizing in
Singapore and Malaysia, with the end view of helping his fellow Filipinos to adapt in Overseas Culture, to avoid
homesickness and to regularly gather the OFW’s for some Community Building Projects.

As an advertiser/marketer and event organizer, he was able to stage sports tournaments, concerts, pageants, and the
like, attended by Multi – Racial groups like his fellow Filipinos, the Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Indonesians,
Americans, French Nationals, Germans, British, among others, numbering to more or less than 10,000 people,
gathering and convening these people at Singapore Indoor Stadium and other venues, which happened in numerous
instances. Master Spud has proved himself of his capability, and how influential he was, in terms of getting the
acquiescence of various people coming from different races and nationalities, and also, he was able to measure himself
what kind of leader he is, in the eyes of these people who had the chance and opportunity to somehow experience
those once in a lifetime events which crossed their lives thru his initiative.

During these periods, as he was then becoming popular and considered an icon to his fellow Filipinos, he happened to
meet a Singaporean businessman in the person of Mr. Victor Lim, who in turn introduced him to Li Xiao Ru, owner
of the company, Mental Literacy Pte. Ltd., Singapore, which is engage in Multiple Intelligence Domain (MID)
Development, Brain Training, and Memory Enhancement, designed to condition better, and enhance the brain for
optimum performance.

Master Spud immediately saw the importance of the abovesaid technology. Inherently helpful as he
is, he fully appreciated and understood the urgency of mastering this applied science, as this will be of great help to
his fellow kababayans, and therefore he did not think twice of deciding to leave his comfort zone in Singapore as a
successful entrepreneur, and went back to the Philippines on June 12, 2014, to share this phenomenal technology to
free the Filipino people from the bondage of conventional education in our country which is indubitably a far cry
compared to the current Learning Systems being embraced and implemented in Japan, Europe, Singapore, United
States, Canada, and other 1st World Countries. Sad as it may seem, but the reality, as usual, the Philippines is being
left behind, and were it not of the author’s deep concern to his country and his fellow Filipinos, he will not leave his
fortune in Singapore.
